1.01.060 Policy and procedure required.
This section is included in your selections.
The Board of County Commissioners shall adopt, by resolution, comprehensive policies and procedures relating to the adoption and codification of ordinances. Such policies and procedures shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(1) General format of all ordinances.
(2) Requirements for submission of proposed ordinances to the Board.
(3) Procedures for adoption of new, amended, or repealed ordinances.
(4) Requirements and procedures for maintenance of printed copies of the code and for public access.
