(1) Assessor’s position bond to be fixed at $100,000 (RCW 36.16.050);

(2) Auditor’s position bond to be fixed at $50,000 (RCW 36.16.050; RCW 42.24.180);

(3) Clerk’s bond to be fixed at an amount and sureties to be approved by the presiding judge over the court of which he or she is clerk and recorded in the office of the County Auditor and filed in the office of the County Treasurer (RCW 36.16.050; RCW 36.16.060);

(4) Coroner’s position bond to be fixed at $5,000 (RCW 36.16.050);

(5) County Commissioners’ position bonds to be fixed at $22,500 (RCW 36.16.050);

(6) District court judge, pro-tempore, court commissioners, district court clerks and court employees’ position bonds to be fixed at $20,000 (RCW 3.34.090; RCW 36.16.050);

(7) Prosecuting Attorney’s position bond to be fixed at $5,000 (RCW 36.16.050);

(8) Sheriff’s position bond to be fixed at $50,000 (RCW 36.16.050);

(9) Superior court reporters position bonds to be fixed at $2,000 (RCW 2.32.180; RCW 36.16.050);

(10) Treasurer’s bond to be fixed at $150,000 and sureties to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners and filed and recorded in the office of the County Clerk (RCW 36.16.050);

(11) Community Development Director’s position bond to be fixed at $20,000.

(12) County Engineer’s position bond to be fixed at $20,000.
