The standards set forth in this section are intended to address and minimize potential visual, aesthetic, and safety concerns in the development of WCFs. The siting standards as defined by this section do not exempt the siting of support towers from any additional requirements in this chapter or any other applicable land use regulation. In the event of a conflict between any requirements within this chapter, or any other land use regulation, the more restrictive requirement shall apply.
