(1) Commercial filming, photography, or movie making, other than bona fide news filming or photography, is allowed only with a special occasion permit and after all conditions are met and fees paid. Permit application packets are available from the Department. Reference the Clallam County Code Parks Fee Schedule for appropriate fees to be paid upon delivery of the permit application to the Department.

(2) Filming or other activities having the potential to significantly impact, alter, or damage park resources or County facilities are prohibited.

(3) All State and local laws, ordinances, and permits must be complied with, including shoreline permits for any activities within the shoreline jurisdiction.
