There is hereby created an airport approach clear zone west of the Fairchild Airport precisely depicted on the official zoning map of this chapter. Structures constructed in said approach zone shall be limited in height, pursuant to Federal Aviation Administration approach clearance standards. Said approach zone is an overlying zone with the minimum standards of the underlying land use zone remaining in effect.
