In-stream and in-water structures, as defined in Chapter 35.55 CCC, shall be consistent with the following policies and shall conform to the following regulations. In-stream/in-water structures associated with boating facilities/moorage are covered in Article II of this chapter. In-stream/in-water structures associated with large utilities such as hydroelectric or wind/tidal power generation are covered in Article XII of Chapter 35.15 CCC.
