(1) In accordance with CCC 26.10.230, all prospective applicants for Type I through III permits may apply for an optional preapplication meeting. Preapplication meetings are strongly encouraged.

(2) As stated in CCC 26.10.230(2), the purpose of the preapplication meeting is to provide the applicant with the best available information regarding the application requirements and development information necessary for review prior to expenditure of the application fees and scheduling of the application review process.
