The Board of Health shall hold no less than one regular meeting in each month of each year; provided, that if no issues over which the Board has jurisdiction are pending upon its calendar, a meeting may be canceled. All meetings of the Board of Health shall be established and conducted pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, codified at Chapter 42.30 RCW et seq., as now or hereafter amended. Meetings shall be held at such times and at such locations as to be convenient for attendance by Board of Health members and the public, as determined by a resolution passed by a majority of Board of Health members.
