RCW 26.12.240 authorizes the creation of a courthouse facilitator program to provide basic services to pro se litigants in family law cases and authorizes the Board of County Commissioners to impose a user fee, or a surcharge of up to $20 on only those Superior Court cases filed under RCW Title 26, or both, to pay for the expenses of the courthouse facilitator program.
