Section 503 of the IFC, Fire Apparatus Access Roads, is hereby adopted as part of this chapter; except that Section 503 shall not apply to:
(1) Existing roadways and bridges.
(2) Private driveways serving one- and two-family dwellings.
(3) Roadways permitted in CCC 29.30.200.
