21.04.030 Role of the chair.

The chair has particular administrative responsibility for providing effective leadership on the issues above. In addition, the chair is responsible for the following:
(1) All correspondence between Board members and the Director of the Department of Community Development in matters concerning Board issues. Ensuring that all correspondence is in writing and accurately reflects the decisions taken and, where appropriate, the views of individual Board members.
(2) Ensures that the Board meets at appropriate intervals.
