The membership, the occupational and expertise categories of membership, and the size of the Permit Advisory Board membership shall be established by resolution of the Board of Commissioners. Categories of membership requiring occupational or professional licenses shall be limited to members licensed in the State of Washington and practicing their trade within Clallam County.
