The schedule of all fees associated with complying with this chapter shall be those established pursuant to Chapter 5.100 CCC. If drainage permit work is done in violation of this chapter or the work is not done in accordance with an approved permit, a fee, not less than twice the applicable permit fee, covering investigation of any violation and inspection and plan checking of work required to correct the violation shall be charged to the violator to cover all actual costs. Such additional fee being in addition to any other of the remedies specified herein under CCC 27.14.120, Enforcement.
