The following resolution and ordinances are repealed and of no force or effect: Resolution 1, 1977; Ordinance No. 76, 1977; No. 165, 1982; No. 226, 1984; No. 355, 1989; No. 441, 1991; No. 562, 1995; and No. 695, 2000.
